The brick consists of three (3) lines of eighteen (18) characters per line. Note: A "character" is each letter, space or form of punctuation used.
Please limit the information to that which directly relates to the Veteran's service (name, rank, organization, location of service, dates of service, etc.).
If possible, use the Veteran's discharge record for information.
An annual dedication of newly placed bricks is held on the second Saturday in June at 10 a.m. Bricks may not be in place for the dedication if this order is received after March 31st of that year.
