Kevin Wilkins Memorial Skatepark

A Community Skatepark in Downtown Lincoln

Near 7th and N Streets

The Vision

The skatepark at  Canopy Yard will be named the Kevin Wilkins Memorial Skatepark, honoring a Lincoln resident whose work in skateboarding helped shape the sport locally and nationally.

Wilkins was a lifelong skateboarder, advocate and community connector. His work as a writer, editor and marketing executive in the skateboard industry took him around the world.

His family encourages others to honor Kevin’s legacy by making a gift to the endowment for Canopy Yard which will provide lasting care for the park.
To make a gift, visit lincolnparks.org/donate.
